Charlène DEFERI transfers to the Client all the rights and properties related to the work covered by this contract:

  • Ownership of the goods following payment by the Client for the services provided under this contract;
  • The intellectual property rights on the creations implemented.

Consequently, Charlène DEFERI assigns to the Client all rights of use, modification, exploitation, reproduction, disclosure and use outside the scope of this contract and this regardless of the form and medium of the creations within the scope of its intervention.

Charlène DEFERI therefore waives any claim or additional remuneration that may arise from any modification, use or development of the media and tools created and implemented under this contract.
